Q: Can I join The300 for less than 3 days?
A: No. We need all members to be present from Thursday, August 9th at 8:00am until Saturday, August 11th at 6:00pm. NOTE: Advance Team & LifeLine Team members will report on Wednesday, August 8th at 12:00pm.
Q: Is camping required?
A: Yes. If this will be an issue due to health or other concerns, please email [email protected]
Q: What is the registration fee? (All fees count towards your 300 fundraising obligation)

March 16th – April 30th: $25
May 1st – June 30th: $50
July 1st – July 31st: $100
August 1 and after: $150 (50% of Fundraising Obligation)
NOTE 1: ALL members must achieve 50% of their respective fundraising obligations by AUG 1. Those falling short will be charged the remainder of the balance up to 50% when they show up on AUG 8th (Advance Team or LifeLine Team) or AUG 9th.
Q: Why are registration fees non-refundable?
A: Because we order merchandise, uniforms, services, and food based on your promise.
Q: What are the fundraising obligations?
Q: Why do I have to raise money?
A: Your funds will be used to underwrite the costs of the competition and celebration (marketing, insurance, permits, merchandise, equipment, entertainment, security and emergency services, etc). Your efforts will allow 100% of all funds raised at the 4US Fun Fest events to be used to purchase ultrasound machines and training for pregnancy resource centers (PRCs).

Q: Are all the funds tax-deductible?
A: Yes. All the funds benefit 4US, an all-volunteer charity, tax ID no. 02-0732247
Q: How long do I have to raise the funds?
A: 300 days. (JAN 1-NOV1).
Q: What is the fee for adult chaperones?
A: We so appreciate the support and sacrifice and service of adult chaperones — however, we must cover our expenses so that 100% of all funds donated by event participants goes to machines & training. In order to meet this goal, we ask the adult chaperones to cover the expenses for their meals, uniforms and camping, and a portion of the events with a reduced fundraising obligation of $200. (100% tax-deductible).
Q: Is there a program for kids younger than 7th grade?
A: Yes! The Light Brigade is for kids age 7-11 who are family members of The300. They are assigned to age appropriate jobs and training events.
Q: What if I have difficulties raising funds?
A: We created the Sponsor A Hero Program as a way to offer scholarship opportunities to some youth & adults who, despite their best efforts, cannot reasonably raise $300 before NOV 1. All participants in the Sponsor A Hero Program must register for The300 and pay a $50 registration fee at a minimum.
